The five ways to detoxify and cleanse a human body, according to ayurveda.

five ways to cleanse

Ayurveda prescribes five ways to detoxify and clean out the sapt dhatus (seven tissues of the body) as well as the panch koshas (five bodily sheaths). These are done with the help of recipes for medicated oils and herbal preparations given in the Charaka Samhita, Sushruta and other Ayurvedic texts.

Regular panch karma, not more than once every six months, in conjunction with shuddhi kriyas and shatkarma, will accelerate the effect of any yogic practises.
