These essential oils can be utlised in various ways, added to bath water, in a diffuser, mixed with base oils and applied on the skin, adjunct to acupressure, to name a few.
While aromatherapy helps with a number of physical conditions, their true strength lies in its effects on feelings, emotions and mental states.
