About Me
I teach asanas, pranayama, meditation, shuddhi kriyas, 1-on-1 or in groups of 5 or less.
Yog therapy for weight loss/gain as well as physical ailments of muscle, spine, neck, back, knees, respiratory and digestive issues, heart conditions, Parkinsons and more.
Therapeutic meditation for mental and physical health.
I teach in-person within Mumbai, from Colaba/ Cuffe Parade to Bandra/ Sion, at the location of your choosing.

My Philosophy & How I Work
I started my journey as a seeker more than 20 years ago, with meditation, and my passion and committment to yog grew gradually. Soon after my personal practise became an inseparable part of my life, I began teaching which further strengthened my devotion to yog.
I taught yoga to individuals from the ages of 2 right upto a 100 years. I have worked extensively with with young children, adults and elders with chronic health issues (like multiple sclerosis, Parkinsons, asthma, diabetes, spine issues, obesity, etc.). My therapy yog has benefited many to varying degrees, from improvement, to greatly controlled and in some young ones caught at early stages, even cured.
I have improvised different variations of classic yoga practises and asanas for kids, for young adults as well as for elderly people.
I emphasis traditional yog for overall health benefits, including but nor limited to, muscle strengthening, stress, pain relief, weight issues, boosting immunity, flexibility, back and neck pains.
I advocate pranayama to strengthen lungs as well as for clearing the breathing passages and in turn enhancing the systems of the body. Its calming effects on nerves and the mind needs no elaboration, and combined with with stretching, asanas and meditation is the perfect mind-body relaxer.Yog, in my opinion, is about moving beyond our own limitations -- ones that we often create ourselves over the years. Breaking negative and stuck thoughts patterns as well as dysfunctional emotional habits is what the practise of true traditional yog brings.
Basic Naturopathy guidance given as and where needed, and Pranic healing is also something I do for my students.
Yog with Shakti believes that when we serve humanity, we serve God.
My Charges / Energy Exchange
Monthly advance payment of ₹8,000 to ₹9,500 for 8 sessions, ₹11,000 to ₹14,000 for 12 sessions; depending on distance and travel time. Each session is of one hour.
Please note a maximum of 2 missed turns will be adjusted.
