The Tergiversant Trinity for tummy troubles!

Indigestion. Acidity. Burping and bloating after meals. Intestinal discomfort and poor digestive function. A simple yet 100% effective way to soothe all these tummy troubles is the magic combination of jeera, dhaniya and saunf.

Take 50 gms each of jeera (cumin) and dhaniya (coriander seeds) and saunf (fennel, make sure it is plain, unsalted and unsweetened).

Individually roast them on a tava. Each of them has a different roasting time and temperature, so don't try to roast them all together. Once roasted, then mix them together. Once cooled, store in an airtight glass container.

After meals, add 1 teaspoon of this mixture to 4 mugs of water and boil them together. Once you get a lovely light ochre colour to the water, pour, drink and watch your tummy troubles simply melt away with time.

Of course chronic cases may require a couple months of regular use to show significant benefits, but occasional upsets can be calmed within a day or two.
