Refreshing, cooling and tasty, these leaves make a great addition to both food and drinks.
Wash and soak 20-25 pudina pattas (mint leaves) overnight in a copper vessel; next morning, on an emoty stomach, without brushing, chew the leaves and drink up the water. Follow it up with another 2-3 glasses of room temperature water. Over a period of three months, clears piles and haemorroids.
